The Barcelo resort was amazing- super nice and clean and ROOMY! :) All of our guests had expressed how much they like it.
Karen (our wedding corrdinator) was also fantastic to work with. We literally met with her for about fourty five minutes two days before the wedding and our wedding was awesome!!
If you have any other travellers questioning a destination wedding, please tell them that there is nothing to worry about. I would say the only problem would be that unless you have been at the resort before, you can't picture it or the location your wedding will be at. However, that is not really a problem! haha :)

....I was planning a wedding in Mexico with my family and friends. I was dealing with Westjet Vacations and they messed everything up (very long story) and on top of it I received absolutely no customer service at all (P.S. I'm really not difficult to please). With one phone call to TST I was lucky enough to have Monique answer the phone. She was amazing! She went over and beyond what I would have expected and if I ever need to book another vacation it will be with her! Just wanted you to know about the wonderful lady working for you! You are very lucky to have her!

Just to let you know we have recieved confirmation of our upcomming trip, and are looking forward to it more now than ever! This is my first time booking with Travel TST. Monique was there to assist me even with a simple car rental. She went out of her way to ensure the price was right and made me feel like a valued customer who had been dealing with them for years. With service like this, i will be coming back to book future reservations.

At the beginning of this year I start checking out hotels in Cancun as we were planning our wedding for mid June. I sourced some hotels that have a wedding package through the internet however I turned to TravelTst for help as we booked our previous trip with them also.
Our agent was very helpful and her response time was great. I was able to get all the info I needed within a day.

I have been a client of TST for over twelve years and have relied on them to manage and arrange my travel for both business and vacation trips. The resorts that they have recommended have been above and beyond our expectations both in experience and value and they have really helped take the pressure and stress out of the booking portion of the travel plans. I have booked a number of trips through TravelTST . There have been accessions where I booked at the last possible minute, and my agent at TravelTST made it happen for me , including air, hotels, airport transfers and attraction tickets. These were all waiting for me at airport/destination without any problems. My most recent trip was to Cuba, and was my first time visiting Cuba. My traveling companion had previously been to Cuba and had some knowledge of the resorts in Varadero. We settled on one of the recommendations our TST agent provided to us. We were both extremely happy with the resort (Barcelo Marina Palace) - it truly was the most beautiful resort in all of Varadero,and extremely good value for the travel dollar Our agent helped us with connecting flights required and proved to be an invaluable resource to me when an emergency at home arose during my trip. TravelTST has gone the extra mile to provide exceptional service to me on a number of occasions,and I will not book through other agents.

In March of 2007 for Spring Break, my husband and I booked a Dominican two-week vacation at the all-inclusive Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort and Spa in Punta Cana; it was a dream! I searched high and low for the best price on this four-star property and found TST to be the lowest. Our travel agent was excellent, she made us feel at ease through the whole booking process and let us know she appreciated our business with a nice thank you card that we received upon arriving home from our trip; we felt looked after and that she did have our best travel interests at heart. A year-and-a-half later we still have her business card on our fridge and just booked another vacation for one week to Puerto Vallarta at the Riu Vallarta (in Nuevo Vallarta) and based on her recommendation, have every confidence that this resort and vacation will be just what we are looking for.

Hi My Name is Kelly and I would like to Thank you so much for the great service that I have received from your people.
My Husband and I have reached a point in our lives that allow us to travel. Not knowing anything , really , about were we are going or were we should stay. Our Idea was to see lots of different places( all warm :) of course!) When do you go? season matters! What hotel, resorts are good ? What prices are fair?
I started looking around on the Internet for some ideas and came across lots of travel sites, from my experience, the write ups are all the same. How do you Know!?
This is were Travel tst Stands out! I called there, got to talk to someone right away ( not all places could do that) with some Ideas. The first trip TST helped me with and we were hooked, the advise was good, the location was great. We have had many trips since then and found that if we are a little off on hotels or timing TST would give us very good tips and advise. I am so happy that I found Travel tst! We keep going back for our trips and will continue to do so for Years!
