1. Pricing and Content
Prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) funds or as noted and priced per person or as indicated. Pricing and availability on all travel packages, cruises and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed. All information(s) content, such as travel packages, cruises, hotel, airline flight details and destination information, on noted TST site of TravelTST.ca / travelSavingstoday.com, is provided as a guideline, from information provided by the travel operator & supplier to us, and therefore may not be an exact representation.
2. Confirmation
After your online purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming the details of the purchase along with
I am Booked…what now? It is the responsibility of you, the primary contact, passenger and customer of TST, to verify that the spelling of the name(s) is listed exactly as it appears in the legal document(s) that will be carried and that the travel product(s) is correct as purchased. Our consultants at TST make every effort to contact the primary contact, noted by either email or telephone to re-confirm the details of their purchase including credit card verification and other details regarding eDocuments
3. Payment
As the primary contact stated on the booking, we designate you as the customer of online travel with TST. Online booking in the majority of cases requires full payment at the time of purchase. Or, in the situation of longer lead times, usually 50+ days prior to departure, a deposit only requirement will be offered on the Travel Summary and Purchase page. If you have selected deposit, then you authorize TST to charge the remaining balance on the final due date or early bird booking dates, whichever is earlier, per the travel operator terms, unless otherwise advised. Where you have indicated payment is made under the name other than the primary contact or passenger, your online purchase is considered a third party credit card purchase. You will be required to supply TST a copy of the credit card payers’ front and back of the credit card and along with photo ID details to be forwarded to us separately. Where third party credit card is indicated, we will contact you shortly after your online purchase noted by either email or telephone to re-confirm the details of their purchase including credit card verification and other details to obtain this information. All fraudulent reservations will be prosecuted.
4. Travel Documentation(s) & Airline /Travel Operator requirements
It is the responsibility of the primary contact and all passengers listed in the online booking to obtain and carry with them, while travelling, the necessary travel document(s) such as passports and visa etc. to gain entry to the chosen destination and re-entry into Canada upon you and your passenger(s) return. Note: Any passenger(s) under the age of 18 and under, travelling alone or with only one parent must carry on their person the necessary travel documents as noted, plus a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not travelling or if both parents are not travelling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents. In all cases, please note that passengers must follow the Airline/Travel Operator requirements as it respects to travel document(s) needed for travel. Refer to I am Booked...what now? For additional information to avoid airline/travel supplier & operator charges or denied boarding, ask any of our TST Consultants for advice in this area. Again, travel documentation(s) are subject to the local custom official conditions and ultimate acceptance. TST is not held responsible for situations of denied entry due to incorrect or valid travel documentation(s).
5. Age and Responsibility
You, the primary contact, passenger and customer of TST, must be of legal age to use this site and in your online purchase, do create a binding legal obligation(s) for any liability of purchase that may incur as a result of the use of this site. Users of this site must agree to the TST terms and conditions in order to use this site and those of the applicable chosen airline/travel supplier & operator rules and restrictions as they apply.
6. Third Party Suppliers and Other Links
All travel packages, cruises, airfares and hotels displayed on this site are supplied to TST’s TravelTST.ca and travelSavingstoday.com by various third party airline/travel suppliers & operator’s (tour operators who arrange travel package vacations, cruise, airlines, hotels and other partners) and in turn you, the customer, are subject to their specific rules and restrictions. TST, TravelTST.ca and travelSavingstoday.com are not responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party airline/travel suppliers & operators. Travel Summary details are indicative of what the third party airline/travel suppliers & operator agrees to offers to supply you, in turn for the services booked and for the amount you have agreed to pay. Please note flight/package schedule changes may occur. It is the responsibility of the primary contact and passengers to refer to the appropriate third party supplier & operator for the rules and restrictions that are specific to their related travel services.
7. Cancellation Policy
All travel flight/packages, cruises, airfares and hotels purchased on this site with departure normally within 45 days are 100% non-refundable and will not be refunded. Cancellation of travel flight/packages, cruises, airfares and hotels purchased on this site prior to 45 days may have some portion which is non-refundable. TST recommends the purchase of Cancellation or Deluxe Package Travel Insurance to protect you for unforseen medical or other covered risk coverage. Ask us for details about this important coverage.

It is the purchasers’ responsibility to read and accept the Times Square Travel Ltd., TravelTST.ca, travelsavingstoday.com TST terms and conditions and the applicable third party suppliers & operator’s rules and restrictions as it relates to the online purchase.
This website is owned and operated by Times Square Travel Limited, also known as TST doing business as TravelTST.ca, travelSavingstoday.com and Travel Savings Today which has been in business since 1969. TravelTST.ca, travelsavingstoday.com and Travel Savings Today reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
