Did you think accommodations in Cancun couldn't get any better? Well you were wrong, Riueally wrong. This summer Riu will open their fourth resort in Cancun, the Riu Palace Peninsula. The 562 room Peninsula will join the Riu Caribe, Riu Cancun and Riu Palace Las Americas in the tourist hotspot.

The Oasis Cancun and the Grand Oasis Cancun are raising the standard in resort entertainment. Gracing the stage next year will be several big name acts from hip hop, electronic music and jazz. Pitbull will be one of the artists performing in Cancun in 2012. The party kicks off Jan. 12 with a performance by Kool and the Gang with more than 20 performances to follow over the next four months by artists including Pitbull, Wiz Khalfia and Kelly Rowland.
